Cooke Optics appoints Adrian Keane as chief financial officer

Cooke Optics has appointed Adrian Keane to the role of CFO. Reporting to CEO Tim Pugh, Adrian will be responsible for all financial aspects of the business as it continues to grow operationally and geographically.  

With over 30 years of financial and commercial experience at the highest levels across a range of industry sectors, from manufacturing to transportationAdrian has a proven track record of delivering and managing strategic business growth. His most recent role as group finance and commercial director for AWS Electronics Group gave him responsibility for the finance, strategic supply chain, legal and commercial functions in a complex manufacturing business, and he oversaw significant business restructuring and growth over his 13year tenure. He is a qualified chartered accountant and holds a BSc (Hons) degree in business studies.    

Tim Pugh, CEO, Cooke Optics, said, “Adrian’s extensive commercial and financial experience will bring strategic focus to our plans and processes as we continue to grow and develop our business. I am delighted to welcome him to the Cooke family.
