The sun was shining, and the guests were smiling at the BSC Summer Lunch at the beautiful Beaumont Estate in Windsor.
Society members, partners, patrons, and industry friends gathered for a sparkling reception in the gardens and a lunch hosted by BSC President Christopher Ross, who welcomed new BSC Full and Associate members into the society. New Full BSC members celebrated on the day were Dale Elena McCready BSC NZCS, Rina Yang BSC, Annika Summerson BSC, Ben Wheeler BSC, David Procter BSC, Si Bell BSC, Tim Sidell BSC and Ruairi O’Brien BSC ISC.
New Associate BSC members Lucy Bristow Assoc BSC ACO, Chris Bain Assoc BSC, Shaun Cobley Assoc BSC ACO, Tim Battersby Assoc BSC ACO were also welcomed into the society.
Doug Milsome BSC ASC – Mark Milsome’s father – was presented with Mark’s Associate BSC membership certificate and delivered a moving speech, thanking the society and industry friends and colleagues for the continued support and urging we all ‘Be more Mark.’
Thank you to the BSC for another incredible event and to everyone the British Cinematographer team met on the day, industry friends old and new.
