London Film School (LFS), has announced BAFTA-award winning cinematographer, Nina Kellgren BSC, and founder of film, television and theatre agency Casarotto Ramsay & Associates Ltd, Jenne Casarotto, as the 2024 Honorary Associates. The world leading film school has appointed the prominent industry figures who will be announced at the School’s annual Graduate Showcase ceremony on Friday, 26 January. Greg Dyke, chairman of the School, will present the Honorary Associations at the BFI Southbank.
The Honorary Associates are an important part of the School’s ongoing commitment to passing on the insight and expertise of industry experts and mentors with students. Within their Honorary Associate role, they will visit the School and join in the exclusive series of industry and alumni-focused events dedicated to imparting their professional knowledge of the screen industries.

Honorary Associates are announced each year as part of the LFS week-long Graduate Showcase. The January 2024 event, held at BFI Southbank is the largest showcase of LFS graduate work with over 70 films to be screened as well as presentations and pitches from screenwriting and international film business graduates.
The first of the LFS 2024 Honorary Associates, Nina Kellgren, is a BAFTA-award winning cinematographer based in London. She has worked extensively for over 35 years in the film industry across a diverse range of productions, feature films, documentaries, commercials and working with artist filmmakers. In 2017 the BFI named her as the most prolific female DP in the history of UK feature films.
Nina has been a visiting cinematography tutor at LFS and has served on BAFTA jury panels, Camerimage juries and the international commissioning and mentoring panel of STEPS South Africa in 2001. She was a Vice President of IMAGO, the International Federation of Cinematographers, between 2016-2020 and established the IMAGO Diversity and Inclusion committee with Elen Lotman ESC in 2016.
Jenne Casarotto, the second LFS Honorary Associate, is one the two founders of film, television and theatre agency Casarotto Ramsay & Associates Ltd with Giorgio Casarotto. She founded the agency in 1989, and is proud that it represents many of the top writers, directors and heads of department at work in the industry today, whether they be A-list filmmakers, or exciting younger talent from around the world.
Jenne has been honoured for services to film by both the British Independent Film Awards, and the Women in Film & Television Awards. She is a member of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA), the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS) the European Film Academy (EFA) and a board member of Time’s Up UK.
