ScreenSkills unveils ‘Mastering feedback for film professionals’ session

Aug 13, 2021

Being able to deliver or receive thoughtful, regular and well-delivered feedback is a great way to promote personal and professional growth.

This short session will give you simple frameworks for feedback, so you can make it a positive and welcome part of communication in your team. If you are able to have clear conversations about professional performance, you and your team will become more efficient, happier and more in control of your careers.

Speaker

Alexandra Dalton is a consultant, producer, facilitator and trainer, specialising in leadership, innovation and personal development. Her approach is to listen, understand and then work closely with clients to find simple but creative ways of approaching challenges and opportunities.

This training addresses an industry skills shortage and is subsidised by ScreenSkills as an investment in the professional development of people working in the UK screen industries.

This training is supported by the ScreenSkills Film Skills Fund with contributions from UK film productions.
