CVP, one of Europe’s leading resellers and providers of professional video and broadcast solutions, is returning to BSC Expo, 16-17 February, Battersea Evolution, London, with a fresh new approach. The move emphasises its core values, including a commitment to prioritising customer needs and providing unrivalled service and support which extends far beyond the confines of the exhibition floor.
Widening the focus beyond the extensive selection of equipment it sources and supplies, CVP will shine a light on the essential yet unseen mechanics at its heart. Visitors to M007 will have the opportunity to sample the breadth of offerings available at CVP, including the type of events and activities which take place at its showrooms in London and Brussels. Attendees can expect to gain valuable insights through technical workshops, discussions and presentations from industry experts and CVP specialists. CVP’s technical consultants and manufacturer-accredited engineers will be on hand to answer questions, share maintenance and repair insights and provide engineering updates. In addition, the team at CVF will offer financial guidance, and marketplace specialists with access to extensive used equipment will be present to discuss how to buy, sell and trade pre-loved equipment.
A selection of fully rigged cameras from Sony, ARRI, RED and Canon will be available to test at the booth, but those wishing to have unparalleled access to the latest technologies in a more personalised environment are encouraged to visit the Fitzrovia showroom for a pre BSC Expo showcase on Friday 16 – visit CVP’s website for more information.
On the show floor, BSC Expo visitors will be able to watch an exciting and packed programme of presentations from leading creatives and industry thought leaders. Highlights include: “First Look at Fujifilm’s Duvo 24-300”, with Emmy-winning director Tom Martienssen; Spotlighting Brilliance: “In Conversation with Star Wars Gaffer Harlon Haveland”; “The DP as Artist”, with Jason Ellis ACO and Evelin van Rei NSC; “Mastering high-end cinematography in an era of content creation” with award-winning cinematographer Ian Murray; a camera operating Q&A with highly-acclaimed Daniel Bishop ACO Assoc. “We are pleased to support BSC Expo and promise visitors to our stand a refreshed experience compared to previous years,” commented CVP CEO, Jon Fry. “CVP is far more than the leading edge kit it supplies; it is also the expertise and insight gained by our people over decades and the relationships we’ve built with industry vendors and our customers too, and we hope to be able to provide a flavour of all those networks and intersections at the show.”
Visitors to CVP on stand M007 will have access to its wide range of experts, from engineers to account managers to consultants, in an intimate setting or take full advantage of the fabulous networking opportunities afforded in its lounge area with the traditional CVP hospitality.
