Cine Gear Expo, the industry’s premier cine-centric event series dedicated to the technology and art of professional filmmaking and content creation for over 26 years is coming back, full power with exhibits, film competition, seminars, screenings, and more.
It’s the place to reconnect with colleagues, friends, and collaborators in the casual Cine Gear style at the Los Angeles Convention Centre, West Hall, June 9th-12th, 2022.
During exhibit days visitors are invited to a free series of seminars and panel discussions conducted by esteemed equipment makers and distinguished industry associations such as the American Society of Cinematographers (ASC) International Cinematographers Guild (ICG), Society of Camera Operators (SOC) and many more.
Back by popular demand, Cine Gear Expo 2022 presents “Got Agent?” a free panel of top industry agents and publicists ready to share expertise on getting the best filmmaking career representation amid the current fast-changing environment and beyond. Moderated by industry-favorite, Jay Holben, guests will include Dan Burnside, head of features and television at Dattner Dispoto and Associates, Brian J. Goldberg, partner at WPA, Miranda Roseman features and television agent at Artistry, and Catie Disabato, senior publicist at EBComs.
It is a great opportunity for those starting out or those who want to kickstart their filmmaking career. The group of experts will discuss how to meet and navigate the right team to suit goals, and how to manage expectations along the career path. The panel will discuss “must-haves” and ways to stand out against competition, and opportunities to establish a personal brand.
