Chelsea Fearnley joins Motion Impossible as head of marketing and brand

Feb 2, 2024

Motion Impossible, the robotic camera dolly and stabilisation solutions specialist, has announced Chelsea Fearnley as its new head of marketing and brand.

Fearnley’s directive will extend beyond conventional strategies; reimagining customer engagement, amplifying brand visibility and supporting business growth. Her arrival comes at a time when Motion Impossible is consolidating its foothold within the filmmaking and broadcast communities, while expanding into new markets.

With a background in the media and entertainment industry, Fearnley’s experience includes being former editor of Definition magazine, senior account manager at RLYL, and marketing copywriter at Spotify.

This announcement marks a significant milestone in Motion Impossible’s evolution and coincides with the recruitment of Mark Bird, the former head of EMEA sales and business director at Videndum (Creative Solutions). Together, Fearnley and Bird will explore fresh avenues for growth, customer relationships and innovation, propelling the company towards even greater success.

“Chelsea’s diverse skillset and rich understanding of the media and entertainment landscape will be invaluable to this role,” said Rob Drewett, Motion Impossible CEO and co-founder. “I’m thrilled to welcome her aboard, especially as we gear up for what looks to be our busiest year yet.”

“Having known Rob for years, I’ve long been inspired by Motion Impossible’s mission and accomplishments,” added Fearnley. “Joining the team at such a pivotal moment in its journey is a true honour, and I’m delighted to contribute to its continued success as the industry leader for robotic camera solutions.”
