The Production Guild of Great Britain (PGGB) has confirmed that Kaye Elliott will join as its new CEO commencing 16th July 2025.
Elliott joins PGGB from ScreenSkills where she is currently Director of High-End Television (HETV) setting the strategy and overseeing all aspects of HETV industry investment in skills support for UK freelancers and production companies.
Elliott steps into the role of PGGB’s CEO after the departure of Lyndsay Duthie in January 2025. Deputy CEO, Michael Beavan and the PGGB team are excited to welcome Elliott to the helm, and commenting Beavan said, “Kaye has an impressive track record and is both respected and well-known in the field of HETV. The vision she brings as new CEO will help shape PGGB’s continued growth and development and create a healthy balance between its roots in film with the vital role HETV plays in our future production landscape.”

During her long tenure with ScreenSkills, Elliott reported directly to the High-End TV Council made up of every UK broadcaster and UK-based streamer as well as representatives of independent production companies, Pact and Bectu. Prior to ScreenSkills, Elliott was Deputy Director of Partnerships and Head of Production Services at Creative England.
