Visual Data, a worldwide provider of end-to-end digital media and localization services, continues to bolster its executive team with the appointment of industry veteran Vince Matherne as executive vice president, global sales.
The addition of Matherne to Visual Data’s executive team follows the recent appointment of CTO, Randy Tunila and VP of Global HR, Derren Young further fueling Visual Data’s digital media supply chain strategy.

Reporting to Kim Lawrence, executive vice president, global client operations, Matherne will lead the organisation’s global sales strategy focusing on expanding geographic territories and enhancing the depth and breadth of services. His experience running commercial operations and sales teams combined with a deep knowledge of the media landscape will continue to build on the company’s vision.

With an illustrious career spanning over 20 years in sales, marketing, product management, operations, and finance, Matherne joins Visual Data from Encompass Digital Media. In his most recent role as General Manager and Executive Vice President – North America, he was responsible for driving overall client success in the region. Matherne’s long-standing relationship with the industry includes supporting a broad range of clients within the Americas, APAC, and EMEA. Among these include major US streamers and broadcasters (Amazon, ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX), global networks (Disney, Sony, BBC-Worldwide, A+E), and Sports Leagues and Networks (NFL, NHL, NASCAR). His extensive client relationships paired with his reputation for mentorship and talent elevation make him a cultural and strategically aligned fit for Visual Data.
