The 2025 Primetime Emmy Awards winners have been revealed–with Adolescence scooping the most prizes on the night with six.
This included three for writer, producer and star Stephen Graham, while British actor Owen Cooper made history as the youngest male ever to win an Emmy Award.
These successes came after a similarly fruitful night for the Netflix show at the Creative Arts Emmys last week, where the series won two prizes, including for Outstanding Cinematography for a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie.
Apple TV+’s The Studio followed up its own Creative Arts Emmys success with four Primetime awards, including for Outstanding Comedy Series–taking its overall tally to a leading 13.
Fellow Apple TV+ series Severance, HBO’s Last Week Tonight and HBO Max’s Hacks also took home two Primetime awards each.
Across the Creative Arts and Primetime Emmys, The Penguin follows The Studio with nine awards, while Severance and SNL50 bagged eight apiece, and Disney+’s Andor and NBC’s The Traitors took five each.
Elsewhere last night, The Pitt won for Outstanding Drama Series, with its stars Noah Wyle and Katherine LaNasa taking Lead Actor and Supporting Actress respectively, while Adam Randall scooped Directing for a Drama Series with Slow Horses.
