South London’s newest soundproof film studio, CASA Creative Studios has just launched the ‘£10K Shoot Day Giveaway’.
The goal is to equip three filmmakers from underrepresented backgrounds with everything they need to create a short film in their studio.
In partnership with other suppliers the prize includes, a days studio rental, a cinema camera package supplied by VMI.TV and the relevant insurances needed, subsidised by Performance Insurance.
Films can be on any topic or style. Three prizes are available, with two being reserved for filmmakers aged 18-25. The deadline for submissions is 23rd of January.

CASA founder Davide Lorente says “As a business, I believe we should use our influence to help foster the change we want to see in the industry.”
