Camerimage Film Festival 2026 opens submissions and announces start of official selection process

Camerimage Film Festival has opened submissions for its 2026 edition and announced the start of the official selection process for the event. 

“We warmly invite everyone to ToruĊ„ and the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Region for the 34th edition of the Camerimage Festival to celebrate the magic of cinema together,” organisers said. 

This year’s Camerimage Film Festival will take place from 7-14 November in ToruĊ„, Poland. 

Camerimage invites filmmakers, producers, film schools, distributors and music companies to submit feature films, documentaries, student etudes, music videos and TV series episodes for the festival selection. 

In addition to numerous non-competitive sections, this year’s official festival programme will include the following competitions:

  • Main Competition – feature films
  • Polish Feature Films Competition
  • Cinematographers’ Debuts Competition
  • Directors’ Debuts Competition
  • TV Series Competition – first episodes and pilots
  • Documentary Features Competition
  • Documentary Shorts Competition – duration up to 40 minutes
  • Music Videos Competition
  • Film and Art School Etudes Competition
