CUBE Studio launches Pakistan’s first VP accelerator and innovation lab

Recognising the need to accelerate the adoption of creative production technologies and empower a new generation of storytellers, CUBE Studio announce the launch of Pakistan’s first Virtual Production Accelerator and Innovation Lab. This groundbreaking initiative aims to equip Pakistan’s creative community with world-class training and resources, preparing them to push the boundaries of modern media and create beyond what’s been possible.

Set to welcome its first cohort in early 2025 at Pakistan’s National Aerospace Science & Technology Park, the Virtual Production Accelerator will offer in-depth training in cutting-edge production technologies. Courses will cover essential skills in real-time rendering, motion capture, immersive set design, and extended reality (XR) applications. By blending advanced training with practical, industry-leading mentorship, the Accelerator ensures participants gain the expertise necessary to shape Pakistan’s media landscape and produce high-quality, globally resonant content.

Alongside the Accelerator, the Innovation Lab will serve as a dynamic think tank where technologists, industry experts, and creatives collaborate and experiment with emerging techniques in virtual production. The Lab’s purpose is to foster innovation, providing a dedicated space for the exploration and development of new production methodologies that redefine storytelling.

This initiative builds on CUBE Studio’s recent projects, including the complete redesign of Windsor College Group’s Windsor Campus. CUBE Studio transformed the campus into a state-of-the-art facility that now stands as the Home of Stage, Screen, and Design. The redesigned campus includes a Virtual Production Studio, editing suites, a recording studio, a podcast studio, a DJ studio, and a dedicated hair and makeup room. This effort underscores CUBE Studio’s commitment to creating environments that nurture the next generation of creators, combining cutting-edge technology with thoughtfully designed creative spaces.
