Celebrating a cinema of discoveries and auteur films, the 2026 selection has included 19 feature films – 6 of which are first features also competing for the Caméra d’or. This year, the opening film was Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma.
Chaired by the French actress Leïla Bekhti, the Jury included Senegalese producer and director Angèle Diabang, Lebanese composer Khaled Mouzanar, Italian director Laura Samani, and French filmmaker Thomas Cailley.
